Rik Kaye – President/Executive Producer/Project Director

Rik brings over 25 years of production experience and a passion for excellence to all of his projects.

Before shifting his focus to the corporate realm Rik headed up production at the New York City Opera, working closely with Beverly Sills for over 10 years. His credits include over 100 operas and musicals including “Candide” and “Sweeney Todd” with Hal Prince, a dozen “Live from Lincoln Center” broadcasts and countless special events.  Director George C. Wolfe recruited Rik to handle production for the New York Shakespeare Festival where he put on Free Shakespeare in Central Park, “The Tempest” on Broadway with Patrick Stewart and “Bring in ‘da Noise, Bring in ‘da Funk” with Savion Glover.

As a Project Director and Executive Producer Rik has been responsible for dozens of new product launches, national sales meetings, executive leadership meetings, investor conferences, training and special events for clients such as Actelion, Allergan, Alza, Bank of America, Bayer, Becton Dickinson, Boehringer Ingelheim, Canon, The Carlyle Group, Celgene, Conagra Brands, Cordis, Discovery Labs, Duramed, Eli Lilly, Enzon, Eurand, Financial Accounting Standards Board, IBM Watson, Independence Technology, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, KKR & Co, KKR Financial, Ketchum, Louis Vuitton, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Merck, McNeil Consumer & Professional, Novartis Oncology, Novartis Dermatology, Novartis GenMeds, Ortho-Biotech, Ortho-McNeil, Ortho Pricara, Ortho Women’s Health, Organon, Penederm, Pfizer, Philips Electronics, Philips Medical, Revlon, Schering-Plough, Smith Kline Beecham, Sonosite, TED, Tibotec and UCB Pharma for audiences ranging from 50 to 5,000 people.

A classically trained musician, Rik earned degrees in theatre from the University of Wisconsin, and Yale Drama School where he graduated with top honors.  Five years later he was invited to join the faculty at Yale.  He enjoys combining teaching with his professional work.

Rik’s extensive production touring has taken him to Hong Kong, Russia, Taiwan, Israel, England, Germany, Italy and Austria.
